Since the students in that subdivision are now Bismarck students, the board put them into the Rita Murphy Elementary School, Simle Middle School and Legacy High School boundaries.The budget enhancements will fund items necessary for opening the new schools, providing busing for the three elementary schools that currently don’t have it Roosevelt, Pioneer and Saxvik elementary schools air conditioning for schools without it, replacement and new textbooks and a couple more staff positions.The biggest budget request of the night was $1.25 million for the district computer replacement schedule, which currently is on a four year rotation.The money http://www.chihairstraightener.us.com/ will also go toward the district’s plan to give certain classrooms like computer literacy classes and some English language arts classrooms a 1 1 student device ratio.Two Pioneer fifth graders appeared before the board to request more grass space in their playground.
